Leadership. Safety. Service.
Beth Blair is an aviation leader, author, and award-winning writer with more than 15 years of experience leading safety, training, compliance, customer experience, and organizational transformation across the aviation, hospitality, and travel industries. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Leadership, graduating magna cum laude, with a minor in Psychology.
Beginning her career as a flight attendant, Beth discovered early that exceptional service and exceptional safety are inseparable. That belief has guided every step of her career, from inflight operations and FAA compliance to enterprise safety leadership, organizational change, leadership development, and executive communications. Her leadership philosophy is simple: Safety is Service. When people feel physically and psychologically safe, they perform at their highest potential.
Throughout her career, Beth has partnered with cross-functional teams to strengthen safety culture, modernize training programs, improve operational performance, lead change initiatives, and develop high-performing teams. Her experience spans commercial aviation, hospitality, digital operations, and education, giving her a unique perspective on leading people through change while never losing sight of the customer experience.
An accomplished communicator, Beth is the author of Break into Travel Writing and The Unofficial Guide to Mall of America, a contributor to multiple Chicken Soup for the Soul anthologies, and co-founder of the Lowell Thomas Gold Award-winning travel website TheVacationGals.com (sold in 2018).
